My biscotti is a lovely twist on the classic Italian crunchy biscotti.  They still have that expected crunch but are just a bit easier on the teeth.  Flavours range from orange chocolate chip (pictured), cranberry orange, cranberry pecan and lemon poppyseed to a variety of fruit and nut combinations.
